So, I’m not Oprah or Julie Andrews but I thought it would be fun to share with you guys a few of my favorite things. Let’s do this!

1) Cafe Bustelo Coffee
Nothing starts the day off right like a delicious cuppa’ joe! Café Bustelo is one of my favorite brands because of the price ($3.75 for a can at Walmart) and the bold delicious flavor!

2) Divine Mercy Minutes with Jesus by Rev. George W. Kosicki, CSB
Have you ever wanted to read the Diary of St. Faustina but you thought it would take forever to get through so you just never started? Yep. That’s me. So when I found this book at the beginning of the year I thought I would give it a try. Basically it walks you through Jesus’ words to St. Faustina by giving you a short passage to pray with for every day in the year. I know it’s only February, but I am LOVING this way of praying with Jesus’ words of Divine Mercy and I think it will be something that I can sustain throughout the year.

3) Mass at St. Joseph’s Cathedral
I am so blessed to live in a diocese with such a gorgeous cathedral! It was just restored a few years ago and the place is BEAUTIFUL! Check out the website for more photos. (Of course the most beautiful thing in this building is the True Presence of Jesus in the Holy Eucharist!)

4) New Album, “Helios” by The Fray
I’ve been a fan of The Fray from the very first time I heard their song “Cable Car” on the radio, and their newest album “Helios” does not disappoint! Great jams for designing! Their recent single “Love Don’t Die” always makes me think of the great love that the saints had for God. Give it a listen and see what you think! 😉
